What was going to be one of the most stressful days turned out to be quite an easy time for us due to your brilliant removal guys, namely Ian, Mike and Mike Jnr. They made the day as easy as possible for us, nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful and polite, and a bunch of comedians!! which kept us going. This is the second time we have used Country Removals in under a year and hopefully the last time, but not in a derogatory way. We have recommended you to 2 people who will be potentially moving in the not too distant future, so hope this comes to fruition.
Greg and Wayne were amazing, so helpful and friendly and very professional. They are a real asset to County Removals. Tyler arrived as backup, he was great too.

You were recommended to us by another satisfied customer and we are so pleased we chose you. Throughout the whole of the 3 day removal, the team were a pleasure to have in our home. They took the upmost care when wrapping and loading our possessions. You were all understanding when I had to get my dad’s flat emptied remotely (from two hours up the road) and I appreciate the team’s flexibility. I think the lorry cut across from Gloucestershire to do the pick-up. You were also patient and supportive of my mum when she came in to collect Dad’s items to sort out and when she moved from River Street up to Stanwix. With me being two hours away from Mum (in the opposite direction), she moved without my help so your assistance is very much appreciated. “I am writing to give a 5* rating for the way the directors and staff at Carlisle looked after us from the moment we contacted you back in December 2017 to the actual move to North Berwick in April 2018. The personal contact and the attention to detail shown by Peter preparing for the move was very reassuring. And then I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the way that Ian and his team looked after us during the move. On arrival they worked very hard – and with patience and good humour as the cupboards and chest of drawers and garage seemed to hold a lot more items than they (or we) ever expected. They managed to get everything packed safely into the vans. And then in glorious sunshine they arrived on time the next morning at North Berwick and had everything safely unloaded in the right places in no time at all. There was no damage to any items and they moved the furniture into the house with care and no damage to the walls or woodwork. I would particularly like to thank the four lads who did all the physical work of moving furniture, taking wardrobes to bits and rebuilding them at our new home. The sofas needed taking to bits as well and the fridge freezer needed the doors taking off. They were all put back together as good as new. As a team they worked like clockwork, so would you mind thanking Darren, Wesley, Stuart and Mark very much from me. We had a glitch with the building society releasing the funds due to a minor technical issue, so we did not get the keys until nearly 2 o’clock, even though they left our address at 12 o’clock. They did not complain they just got to work straight away and by 4.30pm they were finished with everything unloaded and in the respective rooms. Our move to Glasgow is now complete and we have just about finished unpacking.
When you sent a flyer to our address, it promised to take at least this bit of the stress out of moving home. You certainly delivered on this in our case. From the point where we phoned you to kick things off, everything was handled reliably, efficiently and professionally.
Your friendly teams who picked up from Threlkeld and delivered to the apartment in Glasgow worked hard and fast, just getting on with it so that we hardly knew they were there. Thanks to you and your staff for your help.

I just wanted to thank the removal men who moved all my stuff from the Barn and all storage stuff into my house. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, and made the weekend I moved back home after being flooded and out of my home almost 10 months much easier.
I don’t intend to ever intentionally move again – but if I do you will be the first to know.
We just wanted to drop you a note to say how impressed we were with the service that we recently received during our move. The two lads that did our move could not have provided a better level of customer service and are a real asset to you. They were waiting for us at 9am as arranged and from that time on worked tirelessly to unload and to place our furniture and other items in the house. They were very careful and thoughtful in what they did, checking with us all the time to ensure that things were placed where we wanted them. When one of our new neighbours spoke to them about their parking on yellow lines (there really was nowhere else to park) they remained polite and explained the reasons why they were parked where they were. I had a long distance move from Castle Carrock to Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, on 17th/18th February 2014. The move went without a hitch, mainly down to the professionalism, hard work and skill of the drivers Ian Bell and Marc Moscrop. I am writing to give my thanks and appreciation to the two young men who moved my furniture, large number of boxes, plants and garden ‘things’ last Monday to the above address to Wigton.
